When a customer visits Loop to buy a product or have a repair completed, they benefit in some cases from the additional service of having simple upgrades installed for them. At the same time hopefully they will get good 'service' from Loop as well, who will be happy to help them with advice about the properties of different types of upgrades, new hardware, payment terms, and delivery etc.
If we assumed that the function of our retail network was simply to sell computers and software, we would quickly lose business to competitors. Our real function is to supply a 'customer service' in our case the service of enjoyable, trouble-free computers and efficient workflows. Customer service is one of the most important ingredients of the marketing mix for products and services. High quality customer service helps to create customer loyalty. Customers today are not only interested in the product they are being offered but also all the additional elements of service that they receive from the greeting they receive when they enter our door, to the help that they receive when they have a complaint about a faulty product that they have paid for.
Loop is there to work with the client to ensure that they leave with a memorable experience so that they will tell their friends and co-workers about how well they were treated and how knowledgeable our staff had been.
